Support for Elasticsearch 6.3.2 (for new installations only)

Elasticsearch 6.3.2 is supported for new installations of IBM Spectrum LSF Explorer 10.2 Fix Pack 7 only.

Customers must separately download, install, and set up Elasticsearch 6.3.2 prior to installing IBM Spectrum LSF Explorer 10.2 Fix Pack 7.

During installation of Explorer server, customers with Elasticsearch 6.3.2 choose not to install the bundled version of Elasticsearch (5.4.1) and must configure the JDBC in the install.config configuration file to point to the customer-installed Elasticsearch.

Warning: Existing customers upgrading from previous Explorer versions cannot upgrade to Elasticsearch 6.3.2. Upgrading will cause serious issues with the functioning of Explorer. Existing customers must use the version of Elasticsearch bundled with the IBM Spectrum LSF Explorer 10.2 Fix Pack 7 installer.
Note: IBM does not provide support for Elasticsearch. Please refer to the official Elasticsearch page for help: https://www.elastic.co/
