Running the setup program

You can set up your product with the default settings, or update the setup.conf file for a customized setup.

The default product setup lets you quickly get up and running with IBM® Data Server Manager (DSM). The customized setup lets you specify additional product setup parameters, such as the web console ports and repository database information, and can be used for setting up the DSM Enterprise Edition in one step.
