To begin troubleshooting hardware problems, use this workflow
to determine whether to contact IBM® Support for assistance or to order a replacement part. The workflow
guides you to the appropriate troubleshooting task.

Did you receive a critical event through SNMP or SMTP notification?
The following messages are examples of critical messages.
