Clearing a Sterling B2B Integrator business process

When IBM® Control Center cannot associate statistical information received with a Sterling B2B Integrator business process, it remains on the Queued processes page after completing processing. You can manually clear the business process in the IBM Control Center web console on the Queued processes page to remove it from the event processor.

Clearing a Sterling B2B Integrator process on the Queued processes page removes the Sterling B2B Integrator process from the event processor.

Procedure

  1. In the IBM Control Center web console, go to Monitor > Queued processes.
  2. Click the Process ID of a Sterling B2B Integrator process.
    Tip: Expand the Queued processes caret, deselect Select all, and select B2b Integrator/Sterling File Gateway to view only queued Sterling B2B Integrator processes.
  3. In the Process tab of the Process details window, click the Clear icon.
