zERT Aggregated SSH Sessions workspace

This workspace is available when the selected session is a SSH security session. The SSH daemon on z/OS is a port of OpenSSH and provides secure encryption for remote login and file transfers.

Ciphers are used by OpenSSH to ensure encrypted communications. OpenSSH can be configured to use the Integrated Cryptographic Service Facility (ICSF) to implement the applicable ciphers for the SSH session. System Authorization Facility (SAF) keyrings can be used to store OpenSSH session keys.

This workspace displays the following views:

  • SSH Security Session Server Attributes table: Displays a table showing data specific to the SSH server.
  • SSH Security Session Client Attributes table: Displays a table showing data specific to the SSH client.
  • SSH Security Session Attributes table: Displays a table showing the algorithms used by the SSH session along with other session specific data.
