The system is stopped on one of the base system integrated controller checkpoints.
If the system hangs on one of the base system integrated controller checkpoints, perform the following steps:
- Remove the ac cord, and then reattach it to the system.
- Watch the control panel display. If 01 appears in the upper-left corner of the display, power on the system.
If the system continues to hang on a base system controller checkpoint, replace the backplane in the system unit that contains integrated I/O controllers.
