Miscellaneous

Learn about the miscellaneous tasks that you can perform on your system.

The following options are available from the Miscellaneous menu:

• Activate License: Input the license key to enable advanced features such as BIOS update and RAID management.
• SMC RAKP: Enable or disable the secure multi-party computation (SMC) remote authenticated key-exchange protocol (RAKP).
• UID Control: You can turn on or turn off the unique identifier (UID).
