Viewing paging space assignments

You can view the paging space assignments by using the Hardware Management Console (HMC).

The HMC Classic interface is not supported in Hardware Management Console (HMC) Version 8.7.0, or later. The functions that were previously available in the HMC Classic interface are now available in the HMC Enhanced+ interface.

To view the paging space assignments, complete the following steps:
  1. From the HMC, click the Shared Memory Pool Management tab.
  2. In the Shared Memory Pool Management window, click the Paging space devices tab to display the paging device assignment.
Note: You can also use the lshwres command to display the paging device assignment through the HMC command line.
