PM59650: C&DS VARIABLE NAME NOT SUBSTITUTED BY VARIABLE VALUE IN OUTPUT FOLDER/FILE NAME

Error description

• This issue occurs when setting up a jobstep to run to an output
  location which contains a job variable in file and/or folder.
  E.g.   /myfolder/${Job.StartDate}.xls
  The result generally is correct, and the output is generated
  with the correct value (e.g. 02-02-2012.xls) for the variable.
  Still regularly the output file name has the hardcoded
  ${Job.StartDate} variable name rather than the underlying
  variable value (e.g. ${Job.StartDate}.xls) .  This will then
  occur for all occurences of the variable in that job run.
  This is a random behavior.  A manual rerun will make the job run
  with correct output.
