Error description

• The following reproduction scenario fails:
  Within a BIRT report create a hyperlink pointing to a pdf stored
  in the repository.
  Example of URL:
  <a
  href="http://IPaddress:port/peb/view/JB/report1.pdf?username=adm
  in&password=spss&provider=Native&fragment=true">My Report</a>
  - in Deployment Portal, run the report to a PDF output file,
  store it on the PC
  - open the PDF on the client and click the link
  Nothing appears to happen. The IE Browser is opened but the page
  does not load with the pdf.
  When creating the link without fragment=true, the pdf opens
  correctly within PEB.
  When choosing the link without user/password, after the login
  the pdf opens correctly.
  
  This works in Firefox, fails in Internet Explorer
