PM47727: CANNOT ACCESS THE BACKGROUND JOB STATUS TAB IN STATISTICS 20 PRODUCTION FACILITY

Error description

• You run a Statistics 20 Production Facility job in the
  background against a remote Statistics Server 20 installation on
  Windows 2008 Server R2.
  You attempt to check on the job status by clicking on the
  Background Job Status tab within the Production Facility on the
  Statistics client machine.   The tab is unresponsive and appears
  unusable.
  

Local fix

• Use the Statistics Server Administration Console to edit the
  configuration of the "Background Output Temporary Directory"
  from the default "C:\Windows\Temp" path to one where all
  unprivileged users will have permission to create output files.
