Error description

• Creating a print statement sets the selected text somewhere in
  SPSS Statistics, but it does not appear in the Viewer nor does
  it appear when the Viewer contents are exported.  Neither Word
  nor pdf shows the header or footer.
  
  Looking at the Page Attributes dialog AFTER running the program,
  the header and footer are reflected there. If the end-user
  presses 'OK' on the dialog window with those contents, it is
  then reflected in the Viewer.

Problem conclusion

• SPSS Statistics 19 FixPack 2 and SPSS Statistics 20 FixPack 1
  will contain this fix. When you create your header and footer
  via the Python scripting API, the text will now be visible in
  the Statistics Output Viewer and also when you export these
  contents to another format, such as Word or PDF.
