Error description

• You may see a performance issue when browsing a dynamic view in
  IBM Rational ClearCase Explorer in Microsoft Windows Vista and
  later.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  In the Microsoft Windows registry, add MiniFilterMask as a new
  DWORD value to
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Mvfs\Parame
  ters
  and set the value as 0000020d
  
  This change requires a reboot of the machine.
