Troubleshooting
Problem
Error 550 no batches for transmission. Trying to retrieve files from a mailbox using FTP. The results of cmulist -i mbxname show the Y flag. The Y mailbox flag means the file is of binary type.
Cause
The default ftp file type is ASCII. Binary files cannot be extracted as ASCII.
Resolving The Problem
Issue the ftp bin command before retrieving the files from the mailbox.
