Abstract

IBM has announced that IBM will sell MidVision's product called MidVision Extensions to IBM Rational Automation Framework for WebSphere.

IBM Technical Support for this product may be purchased via IBM Elite Support for MidVision Extensions to IBM Rational Automation Framework for WebSphere.

MidVision's product (MidVision Extension to IBM Rational Automation Framework for WebSphere) and IBM's product (IBM Rational Automation Framework for WebSphere) work together to let you manage and control additional IBM and non-IBM middleware environments.

For clients who have active support contracts, IBM Rational support will provide a single point of contact for both products. IBM Rational support will team with MidVision to provide support for problems you experience. Since the product is provided by MidVision, problem resolution and fixes will be provided by MidVision
