Error description

• There are actions available in the i Projects Navigator view in
  Rational Developer for i (RDI) 9.6.0.6 to add or remove sequence
  numbers and dates on i projects files, when the preference to
  enable these actions is set. These actions can corrupt the
  character content of the file for characters beyond the basic
  Latin character set because they do not properly observe the
  project file encoding.
