SE68862: RDI 9.6.0.1 AUTOMATIC FORMATTING INVOKED WHEN AUTOMATIC CONTENT ASSIST IS TRIGGERED

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using the Remote Systems LPEX editor in Rational Developer for i
  (RDI) 9.6.0.1 to edit ILE SQL RPG, the automatic formatting may
  be invoked when the automatic content assist is triggered
  resulting in an undesired format outcome.
  

Local fix

• Manually change the line after undesired automatic changes have
  occurred.  Alternatively, turn off automatic content assist or
  change the characters that are specified to trigger automatic
  content assist in order to avoid the problem.

• This problem is fixed in the RDi 9.6.0.8 update.
  RDi now allows SQL format settings without automatic formatting
