  During HTTP playback of requests going through a proxy
  server which responds with a 407 and contains both
  'content-length' and 'proxy-connection: close' headers RPT
  incorrectly ignores the proxy-connection header.
  
  This results in the following message in the test log
  ? Unable to successfully establish a connection to
  web-server 'XXX' retrieving URI
  ? 'YYY'. ?Web-server closing the connection after connection
  was just established.
  

Problem conclusion

• When non-SSL requests go through a proxy server which
  responds with a 407 and contains both a content-length and
  proxy-connection: close headers, RPT
  now reads the EOF sent by the proxy server by issuing an
  additional read after it consumes the content-length off the
  socket.
  This avoids an unexpected server close after RPT issues the
  first portion of the NTLM handshake.
