  The console code was disallowed operator role from seeing/using
  the test connection button on the datasource detail panel.
  

Problem conclusion

• The console code was modified to allow users with just the
  operator role to see/use the test connection button on the
  datasource detail page.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.15, 9.0.0.10.  Please refer to the Recommended
