Problem conclusion
In order to exploit the TN3270E Telnet Server ELF support for MFA provided by PI85185, you will also need to apply the PTF for RACF APAR OA53002 and the PTFs for IBM MFA for z/OS APARs PI86470 and PI93341.. Each PTF may be applied independently, but the function will not be available until all the PTFs are applied.
