PH58247: RESUMING A SCHEDULE TASK SHOULD NOT RUN IT IMMEDIATELY IN RTCP

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Resuming a schedule task should not run it immediately it should
  instead be lined up for the next execution according to the cron
  expression.
  
  In rational test control panel, in the "scheduling tasks" panel,
  you can "hold" the scheduling of a task, for some reason, and
  then you can "resume" the scheduling. But when you "resume" the
  scheduling, the task is immediately executed, even if the panel
  indicates it will be executed in two hours.
  
   If we pause an execution, and the scheduled time for it to run
  has already passed while it remains paused, it will execute
  immediately because the scheduled time has lapsed. Conversely,
  if we pause and subsequently resume the schedule before the
  scheduled time has passed, it will not execute immediately.
