APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If Automatic view support is accidentally installed on a
  ClearCase host, a "modify" install to remove Automatic views
  will not remove the automatic view drive. It will persist
  regardless.
  

Local fix

• Perform a full uninstall of clearcase, ensure the
  "Rational.preserve" directory (or directories) are removed from
  c:\programData\IBM, then reinstall ClearCase without Automatic
  view support.
