Error description
The IBM Rational Integration Tester proxy treats both plain and secure types of socket in the same way and relies on the socket implementation to (effectively) ignore the closure of a stream. With TLS 1.3 and newer Java versions, this approach is incorrect as the call, rather than being ignored, results in the closure of both input and output streams that may result in the truncation of data being conveyed.
