Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE :
  You have enabled MQGMO_PROPERTIES_COMPATIBILITY as part of your
  MQ transport.
  You create a test with a subscribe step which includes RFH2
  header and a usr part with a boolean entry, let's say name, set
  to true
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR :
  When you run your test and inspect your subscribe, you just
  expect to get name=1 in the usr part.
  
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
  You get duplicate entries of type :
  name.(XML.attr)dt='boolean'
  name=1
