PH44124: RTCP USER SESSION GETS DISCONNECTED INTERMITTENTLY

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• While working on the new RTCP screens Environments, Network or
  Infrastructure, the user session gets abruptly terminated
  bringing back the RTCP login page.
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR :
  The logout should happen when the session token expires (12
  hours by default).
  
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
  The timer starts from when the user first goes to the
  Environments, Network or Infrastructure page. Activity in these
  pages and moving between them will not reset the timer. The user
  will be logged out 30 minutes from the point the page was
  loaded.
  
  WORKAROUND :
  Move to any other page (old pages) causes the browser to reload
  the window which removes the timer and so the user will not get
  logged out until the session token expires.
