PH43771: TEXTAREA DISABLED RETURNS FALSE WITH GETPROPERTIES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a textArea is greyed out and disable attribute is disabled,
  getProperties returns false. It is expected for getProperties to
  return true.

Problem conclusion

• Previously, when you ran a functional test by using the Web UI
  method, text_area_control.getProperty("disabled") returned
  'false' even when the attribute of the textarea element was set
  to "disabled" (true). This problem is fixed.
  Now, the function returns the correct value for any of the
  following attributes in the HTML tag:
  - disabled
  - disabled="disabled"
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in 10.2.3 release.
