PH43601: DISABLE OLD RTCP PORTAL SCREEN OPTIONS AFTER UPGRADING FROM OLD TO NEW RTCP DASHBOARD

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• With RTCP 9.2.1 and above, we introduced a new RTCP dashboard,
  however it appears that the old underneath dashboard screens
  (links) are still active if you had them bookmarked.
  
  This is causing confusion since the layout and the displayed
  information are different from the old to the new dashboard.
  
  Furthermore, users should not be acting on test assets from the
  old and new dashboard concurrently since this may cause unwanted
  results.
  
  The old RTCP dashboard links should be disabled in the product
  once an upgrade to 9.2.1 or above has happened.
