PH41234: Command data set and preference file set at property group or debug config are not working

• IDz 14.2.5.0
  When a Commands or preference data set like XXX.YYY.ZZZ(FILE)
  is selected via the Browse button
  from a property group or Eclipse preference of IBM z/OS
  Debugging /JCL Generation, the debugger in
  fact searches for SYSUID.XXX.YYY.ZZZ(FILE) and issues
  message:
  EQA2261E An error occurred while opening file:
  SYSUID.XXX.YYY.ZZZ(ODCPROF). The file may not exist, or
  is not accessible.
  

Local fix

• - on ID 14.2.x, prefix the entry for
     dataset with ?-?. like in IDz 15.0.2
  or
  - surround data set name with " "

Problem conclusion

• The JCL generation will ensure that the '-' prefix is added when
  a property group, launch configuration or the Generate JCL
  preference page has a Command data set or a Preference data set
  specified.
  
  The problem is fixed in 15.0.4 for the following products:
  IBM Developer for z/OS
  IBM Developer for z/OS Enterprise Edition
  

Temporary fix

• Manually modify the jcl, adding the '-' prefix before submitting
  the JCL.
