Error description

• The IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT) installation contains
  a program to download ISO20022 schemata.
  If you run the program <RIT
  installation>/tools/ISO20022XSDDownloader/startup after agreeing
  to the license terms you see the following error:
  
  org.htmlparser.util.ParserException: Exception getting input
  stream from https://www.iso20022.org/full_catalogue.page
  (https://www.iso20022.org/full_catalogue.page).;
  java.io.FileNotFoundException:
  https://www.iso20022.org/full_catalogue.page
  ...
  Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
  https://www.iso20022.org/full_catalogue.page
  
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  1. Use a web browser to navigate to the ISO2022 site.
  
  2. Manually download files as required.
  
  3. Copy the XSD files to <RIT
  installation>/externalSchemaCache/schemas.iso20022.org

Problem conclusion

• The URL that is embedded in the script is changed to point to
  the latest URL, and the script now correctly downloads the
  ISO20022 schemas to the default destination folder.
