PH30240: HTTP PROXY FAILS TO RETURN CHUNKED MESSAGE RESPONSE BODIES

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When sending HTTP version 1.1 Chunked messages through the
  Rational Integration Tester HTTP Proxy, some message bodies are
  returned as empty.  The HTTP headers and response code are
  returned correctly.
  There is a 30 second delay before the reply is passed to the
  requesting client.
  
  The problem occurs when the HTTP header Transfer-Encoding is set
  to chunked, and the value contains any capital letters.
  For example: Chunked
  
  The Proxy log file shows the following entries:
  
  FINE: createBody
  Sep 08, 2020 9:57:35 AM com.predic8.membrane.core.http.Message
  createBody
  FINE: Message has no content length, assuming empty body

Problem conclusion

• Previously, when you used a Transfer-Encoding of "chunked" and
  the header value was not all lower case, the HTTP proxy did not
  pass the response body correctly.
  This problem is fixed
