PH29080: CANNOT START MULTIPLE VERSIONS OF SAME STUB IN RTCP

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When in the Environments page of IBM Rational Test Control Panel
  (RTCP), you cannot start the same stub more than once.
  In previous versions of RTCP before 9.2.1, it was possible to
  start the same stub multiple times.
  It was also possible to start different versions of the same
  stub.
  

Local fix

• Use the IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT) command
  IntegrationTesterCmd to start the stubs.
  Specify the stub version as one of the command parameters.
  
  Optionally create a Scenario to include all running stubs.
  Start and stop the Scenario to start and stop these stubs
  together.

Problem conclusion

• Previously, the scenario editor in Rational Test Control Panel
  prevented you from adding multiple instances of the same stub.
  Now, you can add the same stub multiple times to a scenario, and
  you can configure them with different settings.
