Error description

• You have started a high number of stubs in Rational Test Control
  Panel (RTCP).
  
  You find that you cannot start further stubs as there are
  already 100 engine instances running.
  RTCP will not allow you to start any more engine instances.

Problem conclusion

• This limit has been increased to 1000 and the limit can be
  further changed by editing a config file.
