  The following fixes are included in this APAR in addition to
  cumulative maintenance from previous V9.1 Continuous Delivery
  releases:
  
  IT27882 - MFT agents writes BFGAG0189W message to its event
            log during startup.
  IT28193 - MFT monitors stop working after an agent reconnects
            to its agent queue manager
  IT28229 - IIB embedded MFT agent fails to start and generates
            an ABEND file
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR provides PTFs to bring IBM MQ Managed File Transfer
  up to V9.1.3 functional level.
