Problem summary
The issue was introduced in IBM BPM V8.6 CF2017.12.
Problem conclusion
A fix that properly enforces the REFERER header check is available for IBM BPM V8.6 and Business Automation Workflow V18.0. The fix is included in IBM Business Automation Workflow V18.0.0.2; however, it was not included in the cumulative fix' metadata. An empty interim fix is provided for Business Automation Workflow V18.0.0.2 to avoid a warning from appearing in IBM Installation Manager when you upgrade from a patched environment.
