Error description

• Due to legacy limitations, LOB-type columns on DB2/iSeries
  databases were not propagated by the StagingProp utility using
  the JDBC-batch facility. These limitations no longer exist and
  as a result, the restriction has now been lifted.

   WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 with DB2/iSeries databases who
  use the StagingProp utility to propagate changes and are limited
  by lack of JDBC-batch usage on tables with LOB-type columns

  StagingProp utility on DB2/iSeries databases
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   StagingProp utility invocation may not be completely
  performance-optimal during propagation of tables with LOB-type

Problem conclusion

• ed restriction of not executing UPDATE and INSERT operations
  against iSeries databases using the JDBC-batch API if any
  LOB-columns exist in the table. Unless explicitly disabled, the
  utility will use JDBC-batch for all tables regardless of whether
   any LOB-type columns exist.
