Error description

• When using Commerce Rest service to get inventory availability
  with the URL
  /wcs/resources/store/{storeId}/inventoryavailability/{productIds
  }, it will try to check the inventory in both online store and
  physical store with the same storeId. In case there is not a
  physical store with that storeId, it will throw an exception
  like following and can not return the inventory status for
  online store

   WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 who use Rest service to get
  inventory availability for online store.

   Allow InventoryAvailability REST services to get inventory
  availability for online store only.
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   User is unable able to get inventory availability for online
  store separately.

• With the ifix, the request to Rest service with URL
  /wcs/resources/store/{storeId}/inventoryavailability/{productIds
  } will trigger an inventory check for online store only, as it
