Local fix

• Add to the java command line : -XXallowvmshutdown:false
  
  This option is not an officially supported option and may be
  removed at any time without notice.
  It is designed to allow application owners time to correct their
  code which incorrectly relies on the previous non-spec.
  behavior.
  
  The change is included in Java 5.0 SR10 and Java 6 SR5
  

Problem summary

• A number of changes were made in Java6 SR5 to correct scenarios
  where the JVM was not shutting down cleanly. Eg.
  JNI_DestroyJavaVM() returned -1.
  

Problem conclusion

• The change is included in:
  6.0.0 SR5
  5.0.0 SR10
  .
  The JVM and JCL have been updated to permit a clean shutdown
  which adheres to the Java Specification as well as previous
  releases.  The command line option, -XXallowvmshutdown:false,
  can be utilized to revert to the previous incorrect behavior.
  

Temporary fix

• Add to the java command line : -XXallowvmshutdown:false
