  • STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) Configure email interaction for Purchase Requisition
    approval
    2) Receive (on a mobile device) the email seeking approval
    3) Reply with 1 to approve
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    Message
    BMXAA8434E - The first line of the body of the email or the
    LSNR_ROUTE_ACTION line is empty. Verify that the communication
    template is properly formatted and contains the required
    identifiers.

    BMXAA8435E - The action number  in the email is not a numeric
    value.
