Error description

• PROBLEM: Hyperlink label is missing once you specify an image
  to the hyperlink.

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Customer reported problem in Incident application. L2 reproduce
  the issue in Work order Tracking application using following
  steps.
  1. Go To -> System Configuration -> Platform Configuration ->
  Application Designer.
  2. Filter for 'WOTRACK' and open the record.
  3. Go to work details tab.
  4. Add a hyperlink control to the application.
  5. Open hyperlink property, specify 'Test Label' at label and
  close the property dialog. You can see the hyperlink's label
  updated with text 'Test Label'.
  6. Open hyperlink property again, specify e.g.
  'ge16_priority.png' at image and close the property dialog. The
  image is displayed but the hyperlink's label is missing <-- The
  issue.
  
  
  CURRENT_ERRONEOUS_RESULT:
  In hyperlink control, the hyperlink's label text is missing
  once you specify an image to the hyperlink.
  
  EXPECTED_RESULT:
  In hyperlink control, the hyperlink's label text will show
  together with the image once you specify an image to the
  hyperlink.
