APAR status

Error description

  • By making any changed to long description using Rich Text the
    rich text box shows minimized and cannot be opened.
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    1.  Create a new work order, open the long description box to
    fill in a
    long description.
    
      2.  I just type in a few words, clicked OK, saved the record,
    requery
    and I was able to view the long description yet.
    
    3.  Then I edited the color of the text to make it Red and the
    background color gray, click OK, Save work order, requery work
    order,
    and the long description does not display (you will see a small
    box pop
    up but not the long description box.
