IV97079: DURING MASS MODIFY IN GRAPHICAL ASSIGNMENT, START TIME, END TIME AND HOURS ARE UPDATED UNINTENTIONALLY

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  Mass Modify in Graphical Assignment, Start Time, End Time and
  Hours are updated unintentionally.
  
  ENVIRONMENT:
  Maximo 7.6.0.6
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Graphical Assignment
  2. Select one of Work List
  3. Go to Assignment View tab
  4. Select one of Resource
  5. Right mouse click -> Modify Person Availability
  6. Select date range
  7. Select all Work dates
  8. Click 'Mass Modify'
  9. Specify 'Reason Code' to VAC
  Start Time, End Time, Hours are mandatory fields here although
  user only wants to change Reason Code.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Start Time, End Time, Hours are updated during 'Mass Modify'
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  There should be option to change Reason Code only during 'Mass
  Modify'
