IV96533: PUBLIC FILTER NOT WORKING PROPERLY IN THE SELECT VALUE DIALOG BOX ON THE ASSET OR LOCATION FIELD

Error description

• Public filter not working properly in the Select Value dialog
  box on the Asset or Location field.
  
  
  PROBLEM:
  
  When ASSETSITEID field has a value before you access the Select
  Value
  dialog box on the Asset or Location field, the list of assets or
  locations should always be filtered by this value.
  
  However, when clicking Select Value for the Asset field, the
  Public
  filter by does not restrict the result set by this site. The
  All filter
  by is working as expected.
  
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Using Application Designer, add the ASSETSITEID to the
  CREATESR screen so it's easier to replicate the issue.
  
  2. Go to Create Service Request application
  
  3. Click Select Value for the Asset field
  
  4. Both All and Public filter by options shows assets for all
  sites
  
  5. Click Cancel
  
  6. Enter BEDFORD in the ASSETSITEID field
  
  7. Click Select Value for the Asset field
  
  8. The All filter by option will now show only BEDFORD assets
  
  9. The Public filter by option will keep showing assets from
  all sites
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  
  The Public filter by option keeps showing assets from all sites.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  The Public filter by option should show assets from BEDFORD
  site only.
