APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you turn off Save access on the scheduling applications
  you would expect not to be able to Save anything but the
  scheduling applications have a right click menu on the Gantt
  view that allows many changes to be done.
  
  For this fix we will turn off access to the right click menu if
  the user does not have Save access for the scheduling
  application.  Several options will still be displayed that
  allow you to view data such as:
  
  - View Item Availability
  - Other Resource Availability
  - the "Go To" options
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go to Security Groups and bring up the group that gives
  access to the scheduling applications for your environment.
  2. On the Applications tab choose either Graphical Scheduling
  or Graphical Assignment.
  3. In the Options for the application uncheck Delete Schedule,
  New Scheduler and Save Schedule.
  4. Save.
  5. Login as the user.
  6. Go to the scheduling application you changed the rights for,
  such as Graphical Scheduling or Graphical Assignment.
  7. Open a schedule and click on the Gantt View tab.
  8. Right click on one of rows and you will see the full right
  click menu with Change Status, Modify Work Details and several
  Create options.
  
  ERRONEOUS RESULTS:
  
  That is the problem, with those options available you can make
  many changes to the work orders or tasks.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  Not to be able to do any of the options that allow changes.
  We will change it so that those options do not appear and so
  will not be able to be used.
