IV95957: SUGGESTED REORDER BIRT REPORT GIVES INCORRECT REORDER ITEMOUTPUT

Error description

• When running the "Suggested Reorder" report, the
  expected results do not return.
  Run the report using "Reorder Report" button on
  "Reorder Item Details" screen you can't see the same Items
  exist on Details screen.

  2. Go to Inventory application
  3. Filter the List for :

  Storeroom: PKG
  Click OK on the system message:
  BMXAA2185W - This action affects all 21 records in this result
  set....
  4. Go to Reorder from More Actions
  5. Select tick on 'Ignore Reorder Point?' to enable it
  6. Untick 'Run in Background Mode?' & Click Preview button
  Please Wait... dialog window appears, followed by Reorder Items

  screen window showing 1 - 16
  Item records.
  A system message may pop up, just OK it:
  BMXAA2120E - Item 39882 is in PENDOBS status. Reorder is not
  allowed.

  A new browser window opens displaying the Suggested Reorder
  report on
  one page with two items:

  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Report output is not accurate, it only lists 2 reorder items
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  It should of listed 15 records.
  ADDITIONAL INFO:
  If you not enable 'Ignore Reorder Point?' and have actual
  reorder items listed, the issue is still reproducible.
