IV95250: WORK ORDER SCHEDULED START AND FINISH

Error description

• Schedule start and finish field are appearing as read only
  after attaching a job plan to the work order after saving work
  order they become editable.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  Login to Maximo
  A. Pre-requisite to replicate the issue
  1. Go to Planning > Job Plan
  Create a New Job Plan
  Job Plan: JP0410
  2. In the Labor tab, enter a Craft
  Craft: e.g. ELECT
  3. SAVE
  4. Change Status to ACTIVE
  
  B.
  1. Now, go to Work Orders > Work Order Tracking
  2. Fill in required field:
  Work Order: WO0410
  3. Populate Job Plan field
  Job Plan: JP0410
  ** In the Scheduling Information Sub-section of the Work Order
  the
  fields "Scheduled Start" and "Scheduled Finish" become
  read-only.
  4. Click SAVE.
  ** After hitting SAVE, the fields "Scheduled Start" and
  "Scheduled Finish" becomes editable.
