IV94668: ERROR BMXAA2569E - FINISH DATE AND TIME MUST BE LATER THAN STARTDATE AND TIME WHEN USER PROFILE SET TO ASIA/CALCUTTA

Error description

• Steps to Reproduce
  
  Make sure the Default profile timezone is set to Asia/Calcutta.
  Database server is either on CST or EST.
  Go To Work Order Tracking application.
  Bring up a work order in appr status.
  Click on the Actuals tab > Labor Sub tab.
  Click New Row to report a new labor hour.
  From Start Date field, click the Calendar icon select a data in
  the past example March 6 11:30 AM as Start Time value.
  Click Calendar icon next to End Date field and select March 6.
  Click Clock icon to select 1:30PM for End Time value.
  Tab out of the End Time field and Regular hour field should be
  updated with 2 hours.
  Follow the same as above but this time in the Regular hours
  field you will put a - which should look like -2:00 as to negate
  that labor transaction.
  If you tab out or try to save the record you will be presented
  with " BMXAA2569E - Finish date and time must be later than
  start date and time.

Problem conclusion

• The MAXVAR "USECLIENTTIMEZONE" is no longer used to perform
  timezone conversions for LabTrans in 7.6.x.x and beyond.
