Error description

• PROBLEM:  With the client ID entered in the Maps application,
  other map
  functionalities will work. But this action won't work.
  Without the client ID, this action works.  But other map
  functionalities won't work.
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: N
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1 Go to Administration module > Map Manager application
  2 Disable Bing map by de-selecting the "Enable Map" checkbox
  for the Bing Maps.
  3 Bring up the google map
  Populate the required fields e.g. Map Provider is "Google
  Maps", Length and Distance unit is Kilometers
  4 Click the New Row button to enter a site
  Site = BEDFORD
  Zoom Level = 15.00
  Latitude=42.5540919200
  Longtidue=-71.4867496500
  5 Enter a valid Google client ID for the map
  6 Distance Matrix Service URL:
  http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/distancematrix/json\
  7 select "Enable Map" checkbox
  Save the record
  8 Open a project in the Graphical Assignment application
  Select Action > select the "Populate Destination Travel Time
  Matrix" action

  URL signature at the end of it. i.e. Need to include a
  signature parameter to pass the cryptographic key for creating
  a signature
