Error description

  • Automation script issue
    
    A very simple Attribute Launch Point automation script created
    against the Template field (MR.MRTMPLTNUM) on the Desktop
    Requisition
    screen.  The script simply sets the description field of the
    new DR to "TEST" as such:
    
    mbo.setValue("DESCRIPTION","TEST")
    
    As this is an attribute launch point, the script to fire
    any time the Template field (MRTMPLTNUM) is changed.  The
    template field has a lookup menu associated with it.  If select
    a value from the Template lookup, the script does NOT fire.
    However, if manually type in a template ID number and tab out
    of the field, the script DOES fire.

    Login as maxadmin/maxadmin to
    
    1. Go to Self Service , Desktop Requisition
    2. Create Requisition
    3. For template (MR.MRTMPLTNUM) select a value the description
    will not be populated however if you type the template num eg:
    1026 and tab out the description fires.
