    PROBLEM:
    Display By Field located in Chart Options dialog is listing all
    fields in rsconfig table, instead of only the fields associated
    to the user's layout.
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: possibly
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    - Go to Start Center, choose a resultset with data, a click on
    "Set Chart Options" field
    - In Display by field, type Status or Person and press TAB. Hit
    lookup
    orange icon.
    - It will take some time and will load a list with all fields in
    rsconfig. It should list only the fields associated to the
    object.
    
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    Lookup is returning many fields not related to the object.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Should list only the fields related to the object.
    
    ADDITIONAL INFO:
    Client reports:
    In SCCD 7.5.1.1 it is working fine. Lookup icon is running this
    statement:
    select * from rsconfig where (layoutid = 3364) and
    ((querycolumn like
    'STATUS%')) fetch first 5000 rows only for read only
    
    In ICD 7.6 this is running a wrong statement:
    select * from rsconfig where (querycolumn like 'STATUS%') for
    read only
