IV83666: IE11 HANGS WHEN CONTINUALLY SWITCHING BETWEEN RTE FIELDS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The problem :IE11 hangs when continually switching between RTE
  Fields with mouse on same browser.
  Env : Maximo 7603 + ICD7601
  Recreation Scenario:
  1. Open the screen that has multiple rich text fields by IE11.
  ex) Open the application designer, open WOTRACK.  add 2
  RichText Editor
  control for 2 attributes.
  ex) description_longdescription,  remarkdesc_longdescription
  2. When clicking the multiple rich text fields alternately and
  conditnually using mouse, IE is hung..
     ( At this time, the CPU usage of iexplore.exe is keeping
  moving
     around 25% )

Problem conclusion

• Added check for "trident" to identify the IE browser, since
  has("ie") is not supported in IE 11.
